POLY Mentorship Program
We are excited to announce the development of a new POLY/PMSE mentoring program designed to connect graduate students with polymer scientists working outside academiaโincluding industry, government labs, startups, and nonprofits. The program aims to build meaningful mentorโmentee relationships, broaden career awareness, and foster professional growth across the polymer chemistry community. To ensure the program reflects the diverse needs and interests of our members, we invite you to participate in this brief survey; your input will help shape mentor matching, discussion topics, and meeting formats.
