Speakers

Interested speakers should submit their title and brief abstract (ca. 100 words) via email to organizers with cc to CARLEEL@VT.EDU as soon as possible.

Meeting abstract
Approved lecturers are asked to submit a one-page 150-word abstract with a graphic electronically to Carlee Black via email: CARLEEL@VT.EDU.

Abstract formatting:

  • Title (Centered, 16 type)
  • Authors & Affiliations (Centered, 14 type)
  • Speakers Email (Centered 14 type)
  • Abstract (left justified, 12 type)
  • Key Figure or Table (Centered at bottom)

Arial type is preferred. Microsoft Word or PDF are acceptable.

The final submission deadline is August 1, 2025.

Make sure you register for the event as well as complete your lodging accommodations.

Posters

Prospective poster presenters are asked to submit a one-page 150-word abstract with a graphic electronically to Carlee Black via email: CARLEEL@VT.EDU.

Poster size is 36 inches high by 48 inches wide, push-pins are provided.  Some presenters choose to create PowerPoint-type presentation sheets while others create one large display.
