  • The lodging rate is $169 USD single/double, subject to applicable state and local taxes.
  • Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling [727-726-1161 and ask for In-House Reservations/ext. 7100]
  • You must ask for the group rate by identifying yourself as apart of the ACS Polymer Division Group – Group #39U9F0
  • The group rate applies to three days pre/post meeting depending on availibility.
  • Please strive to stay at the conference hotel using the conference reference number. By doing so you help the conference to fulfill its hotel contract.
  • If you have any trouble getting the discount or making reservations, please email KATHYL@VT.EDU.
  • Check-In is 4:00 PM and Check-Out is 11:00 AM.
  • There are a limited number of rooms at this rate and honored until the cutoff date of October 1, 2025.

Ground Transportation

There are several options for ground transportation after arriving to Tampa International Airport:

Rental Car: On-airport rental car companies are located in the Rental Car Center which can be reached by taking the SkyConnect train from the Main Terminal. Click HERE to view available options. The Safety Harbor Resort & Spa has a daily valet parking fee of $15 USD (rates are subject to change).

Rideshare Services: Guests departing the Airport using Lyft or Uber can be picked up at Red Baggage Claim, the Blue Express Curbside, or the SkyCenter One office building remote curbside.

Taxis: Taxi service by Yellow Cab is available at the curbside outside the Baggage Claim Level at the Ground Transportation Areas, Red 1 and Blue 2.
