Sponsorship

Sponsorship Tiers

Basic ($2,500 or less)

  • Recognition and link to your website on the workshop’s page
  • Your logo and website link on the e-Workshop website used by attendees post-meeting
  • Your logo featured on conference materials (e-Book)

Bronze ($3,000+)

  • Space for small poster display, banner-stand (2.5 ft wide) or paper flyers/material to be placed on or near the registration table (which you provide).
  • Recognition and link to your website on the workshop’s page
  • Your logo and website link on the e-Workshop website used by attendees post-meeting
  • Your logo featured on conference materials (e-Book)

Silver ($5,000+)

  • Space for an on-site display table at the POLY workshop
  • Recognition and link to your website on the workshop’s page
  • Your logo and website link on the e-Workshop website used by attendees post-meeting
  • Your logo prominently featured on conference materials
  • Pick from ONE of the options below:
    • OPTION 1: Poster Award Sponsorship: Funds may be designated for sponsoring up to two poster awards advertised on the event website. The awards certificate will include the company logo (poster prize up to $250).
    • OPTION 2: One reduced registration (at student member registration rate).

Gold ($10,000)

  • Space for an on-site display table at the POLY workshop
  • Recognition and link to your website on the workshop’s page
  • Your logo and website link on the e-Workshop website used by attendees post-meeting
  • Your logo prominently featured on conference materials
  • One waived registration for attendance to the workshop
  • Pick from ONE of the options below:
    • OPTION 1: Recognized sponsorship of a function including signage and announcement (example: evening reception).   
    • OPTION 2:  Poster/Student Award sponsorship: Funds may be designated for sponsoring up to two poster awards advertised on the event website. The awards certificate will include the company logo (poster prize up to $400 per awardee).
